Lake Resources Supplementary Prospectus Lodged and Share Purchase Plan Offer Closing Date Extended

Lithium explorer and developer Lake Resources NL (ASX:LKE) confirms it has today lodged with ASIC a Supplementary Prospectus in respect of the Prospectus lodged on 10 February 2020 as indicated in previous announcements. The Supplementary Prospectus outlines details of the recent Placement and the upsized Share Purchase Plan Offer as well as providing further information regarding the intended use of funds raised from the Placement and the upsized Share Purchase Plan Offer.

The Supplementary Prospectus sets out details of the rights of applicants under the SPP to withdraw their application within one month and be repaid their funds. To align with this withdrawal period, the Closing Date of the Offers under the Prospectus and subsequent issue and quotation date of Shares issued under the Share Purchase Plan Offer and the SPP Shortfall Offer have also been extended. The Share Purchase Plan Offer (and consequently the SPP Shortfall Offer) will now close on Friday 27 March 2020 with Shares under the Share Purchase Plan Offer to be issued on 7 April 2020.
